Vessel Walkthrough
The 48 Super Sundeck has the space and amenities of a 55′ motor yacht. This is due to the enclosed, full width, aft deck salon that provides an entire salon for entertaining. From this salon there is a door to the small line handling deck on the stern and the side wing doors forward to the side decks. There is a 4-step companionway up to the fly bridge and a 4-step companionway down into the boat. No steep stairs or ladders to negotiate. The traditional main salon area is now a large wide open galley with dinette and lower helm station. Forward and down a few steps from the galley area is the hallway to the forward stateroom. Here in this hallway is a second full size refrigerator, cabinetry housing the clothes washer/dryer and an access door to the engine room. All the way forward is the forward stateroom with private head compartment that even has a bathtub. Aft and down from the galley area is the hallway to the midship guest master stateroom and private head compartment.
The entire interior is in excellent condition. The very tasteful decor blends with the beautiful teak joiner work and cabinetry.
Forward Guest Stateroom
The forward guest stateroom has a centerline island queen berth with custom designer bedspread and pillows. There is a hanging locker, ample storage and a large private head compartment which has a bathtub.
Midship Guest Stateroom
The midship stateroom can be used as an office or sitting room if desired. There is an upholstered black leather sofa that slides out to become a double berth. The ensuite head compartment has a separate stall shower. Designer pillows and matching window treatments.
Master Stateroom
The master stateroom is aft with a centerline island queen berth with custom designer bedspread, pillows and headboard. There are two large hanging lockers, built in cabinets with storage drawers, entertainment center built in and a private head compartment with separate stall shower.
Salon
The aft deck salon is an ideal place for entertaining. There are large side and aft windows that provide plenty of natural lighting and visibility. Mini-blinds on these windows provide privacy. Black leather easy chair and two sofas with custom design pillows and matching window treatments. The forward bulkhead houses the entertainment center with TV & VCR and wet bar with sink and ice maker.
Galley

Remarks
One owner boat that has received excellent care but very little use over the years. Interior wood is beautiful and in like new condition. No sign of window leaks or problems. Honest 16kt cruise. The hull is solid fiberglass with a full keel running aft for lateral stability and prop protection. There is a sharp entry forward leading back to a substantial flare which makes the boat quite dry underway.
