1965 Pacemaker 38ft. Motor Yacht
This is my 1965 Pacemaker 38ft Motor Yacht that although I have enjoyed I must sell due to relocation. It is currently in the water at a marina in Nashville,Tn and thru a loch system can be moved by water to the Gulf of Mexico or any other port. I just had in 2008 appx. $18,000.00 worth of work done by a professional to the hull from the rub rail down to the keel including new bottom and hull paint. Full instrumentation including Auto Pilot, Radar, A/C-Heat, Kohler Generator, Full size Refrig, T.V., Micro Wave,Stove, 2 VCR’s simply put it has all you need to live aboard or make the trip to the Gulf of Mexico. The helm has a full windowed canvas enclosure that fastens to a full hardtop. The topside of the vessel has been redone with epoxy coating and has a few small surface cracks. It has 2 bathrooms 1 forward and 1 aft with a seperate shower.The vessel can be left where it is for as long as you like and the dockage fee is $260.00 per month. I could go on and on about the features and accessories included but I will answer them as the questions come at me.This vessel is for sale locally and I reserve the right to cancel this auction if sold locally.
