I purchased the yacht in February 2007 for $630,000.00 and put an additional $100,000 into her. The engines were professionally rebuilt from the crankshafts up; she has all new electronics, radar, chart plotters, depth sounder and auto pilot plus lots more.

I live in Chicago and the yacht is in Fort Lauderdale. I have a great inexpensive slip on the intercoastal, a maintenance man on call that checks on the yacht weekly, a captain and mate on call that I use to move the boat to other locations we want to visit but can also be used for someone who is not comfortable running a boat of this size themselves.

I planned to start using the yacht more after my daughter graduates from college. We currently are aboard 3 -4 weeks a year cruising the Keys and Bahamas. The current market value for her today in this economy is around $500,000.00. The economy has been tough and I am now looking for someone to partner with me make a great investment and get some use out of a wonderful yacht. I am willing to take on a 50% partner  for $200,000. The Yacht is currently held in a separate LLC so transferring ownership shares would be simple. She is Turn Key and ready to sail. We will continue to use her 3- 6 weeks a year so a partner can enjoy as many weeks as they wish.
