**** Known defects;

In places around the boat there are snaps that have been pulled out of the fiberglass, this was done before I knew you were supposed to remove the helm cover while transporting the vessel.

The Teak wood needs to be oiled, it has dried out from sitting in the warehouse. (this is normal for Teak).

In picture #7 you see the Galley cabinets, the plastic trim around the cabinet doors has shrunk and has surface cracks over the years. It snaps into the counter sunk groove in the doors.

On the bump rail around the boats exterior, if you look you can find small dings in the rubber rub rail from docking. She needs a good wax job that I am unable to do and no one around us is equipped to do.
