For sale is a 1999 Sea Ray 400 Sundancer
yacht.  This sporty and well-appointed
cruiser has (2) staterooms and (2) heads and is one of Sea Ray’s most
popular.   This boat is 44’ with a 13’10” beam and has
twin 385hp 454 Mag Mercury Horizon motors (V-Drives) and a 7.2 KW Westerbeke
generator for power.  Both motors have 334
original hours each and the generator has around 750 hours.  The generator was pulled out and completely
serviced last summer.  This yacht has the
rich cherrywood interior and sports ultra-leather glove soft interior upholstery
creating a space that’s both warm and elegant.  The master stateroom is forward with a queen
berth and two cedar lined closets.  The
forward master head includes a very large shower stall and an adequate size
molded Corian vanity.  She has an open well-appointed
galley in the main cabin with a large salon sofa that converts to sleep (2) if
additional accommodations are needed.   Some of the galley amenities include molded
Corian countertops,   full-sized
refrigerator, 3-burner Kenyon glass cooktop, built-in microwave, built-in blender,
built-in coffee maker and a central vacuum system.   The mid-ship stateroom/lounge has a very nice
built-in sliding cherrywood privacy door that coverts this area to a private double
berth cabin that sleeps (2) including its own private head.  The boat has a total of (3) flat screen TV’s
all of which have DVD players.  All of
the interior carpet is protected by custom made sunbrella snap-in liners.  Top-side there is a raised/tiered instrument
panel at the helm station with radar, gps and autopilot.   This
yacht has very easy engine access, an extremely spacious lounging area, and a
transom door leading to a large swim platform. 
The boat has all of the full canvas enclosures and I also had a custom
sunbrella cockpit cover made for the boat. This fresh water yacht has been
housed in a covered slip on Lake
Texoma her entire
life.  The boat has a fresh bottom job
that was completed this summer.   A new
