We have decided to sell our Pacemaker, this classic is in great shape for her age. She has been stored inside a heated building during the entire process of bringing her back to original condition. She has plenty of room for Perching or Wallye fishing with an ample cockpit and full size cabin with a head and dinette table. Plenty of room for family fun or weekend adventures.

We have had a great time on her and now must part with her for a fraction of what we have invested. Please read below what we have done during the restoration process.

270 hp Chevy 350 Crusader power plant with Velvetdrive transmission.

Before we received this boat the engine was replaced, there is literally no hrs on her. Battery isolator was installed

Refrigerator and stove were removed

Ship is factory equipped with Bennett trim tabs

All new items below were bought in 2011 (with receipts in hand)

All new stainless screws and fasteners were used during assembly

DELIVERY: 

Buy it Now will recieve FREE delivery to any port on lake Erie between Erie PA and Toledo Ohio on the mainland ONLY. The lifting fee at the harbor is to be paid by the BUYER. We will deliver to them after all funds clear and they will lift off at your expense. If we are delivering to your home or storage lot you must have ample blocking and timber to sit her on, we will get her off the trailer on your blocks at no charge. You MUST have room to get her in the drive including height. Delivery is at your risk for that reason. Once funds clear the boat is yours, delivery or pickup is at your risk from that point.   

STORAGE:

You may store it here until spring if you are not ready to take it at no charge, however pick up or delivery will be by Appointment ONLY. We travel in the spring and summer and will try to accomadate you as best we can BUT Payments must all be made in full at time of auction end.

BIDDING:

Your bid is a contract, we intend you to keep your end. A winning bid is not an opportunity to come see it, It is you right to pay for it and take it!

There is a trailer available HOWEVER it is NOT in this auction. The trailer is a EZ Loader Galvanized tandem axle Roller trailer, set up for this boat, it can sell for and additional $2000. over and above the Pacemaker. Only if you want it, I have a home for it, but if you are like me and want to move your boat home in the winter this is a good galvanized trailer, fits this boatand makes delivery easy for you or me also.

After sailing and living aboard for 8 years we are selling
Scandia, time to swallow the anchor.

Scandia is a Blue Water yacht,  her hull was laid up in the early
70s and is over an inch thick of hand laid fiber glass.

We sailed her from Hamilton Ontario to the Virgin Islands…

Scandia is a 50 foot cutter Ketch 48 on deck and 55 to the end
of the bow sprit.

She has a full keel and draws approximately 6 feet.

The sails are there but the mizzen has to be replaced. Masts are excellent.

Bottom was faired and repainted, sides need doing and there is a bit of glasswork required on her stern.

Big battery bank with a Northern lights 6 Kw that ran well when she was hauled.

Benmar auto helm that is very robust

Two steering station hydraulic with new lines installed throughout in 2011. $1400.00

Very roomy inside with new bulkheads, electric head, and new
stainless 4 burner propane stove with window oven door. New Stainless side by
side refrigeration. New marine carpet in passage way and aft cabin.  3 cabins, aft with Queen size bed,  starboard side midship cabin double,  large bow cabin, used for a living area, TV
room but can also be used as v berths. 
Storage cabin off the aft Queen cabin, that can be changed to sleeping quarters,  or en suite…she has loads of storage.

Scandia has all new rigging just installed last year, over $12,000.00.  New fiberglass touchups and bottom paint just
done, $3200.00.

AC was working when she was taken out of the water.

 no engine, engine has been taken apart and ready for removal, she had a 135HP Perkins and before that a ford Lehman 55HP. She needs to be re powered.

 Up for auction is a 2009 crownline 200 ls boat and yacht club trailer with only 66.3hrs. The pickup is NOT included in auction. The boat is in very nice condition and it holds 8 people. It does have a few scratches from the docks, which is to be expected. The boat has always been fully serviced and winterized since we purchased new. It has the mercruiser 5.0l engine or 305 engine and it runs very well. It recently had a recall on the exhaust manifold gaskets so our dealer replaced them and checked over the entire boat. It also has a 4 blade prop on it, cannot remember what pitch but it helps the boat get out of the water and plain out. Not sure if we have the original one, if so you can have that one as well. The boat also comes with a cover and a canopy or an awning that is detachable that is brand new, never used. The trailer is an 09 as well, purchased with the boat. For sale one 1998 Caver Santego 380
42′ over all.

AS IS project with 208 hrs starboard
and 200 hrs port both engines were run and are winterized, this vessel was
damaged on the starboard side during a hurricane which broke out the front and
rear glass and damaging the starboard side deck and bridge cowl. the fiberglass
work on the deck is roughed in and the glass has been replaced and need some
TLC. Most of the work needed is cosmetic items remaining.
